This is what hands-off looks like.
Predictive Rain reads your booking system, decides who to reach and when, runs the conversation, and writes the appointment back. Below: the seven screens your team will actually see, and the handful of moments where one of them is asked to do anything at all.
01 —The board
Who's being asked right now, and exactly why.
Every contact at every location, ranked by how likely they are to book today, with the reason spelled out in plain language. Cancellations, lapses and replies move the ranking as they happen. Nobody on your team builds a list, but anyone can read the thinking behind one.

- Reasons, not just a score
- Click any contact and the ranking is unpacked: a cancellation that just opened, a package with sessions left, a rhythm that drifted, a reply habit. Each factor carries its weight, so the call is auditable.
- Learned from your own bookings
- Likelihood is trained on your history of visits, replies, no-shows and opt-outs, refreshed hourly and nudged the instant something changes. The threshold follows open capacity, not a promo calendar.
- Who is left alone is the other half
- Held contacts get a reason too: too soon, low intent, a regular who will book on her own. Protecting the list is the product, not a side effect of it.
02 —Agent conversations
Twenty-three conversations this afternoon. Two of them needed a person.
Agents offer times, answer questions, handle reschedules and write the booking into your POS mid-thread, in your brand's voice. The moment a thread crosses a line you drew, it pauses and lands in front of someone on your team with the whole story, the reason it was flagged, and a reply already drafted.

Suggested reply
Totally understand, Jordan. I'm looping in Ashley from our team to sort out March and get you set back up.
- Your voice, your script
- Tone, service names, providers, pricing and policies come from you. Agents do not improvise outside what you approved, and every message is logged with the rule that allowed it.
- Booked mid-thread
- When a client says yes, the appointment is written to Zenoti, Mindbody, Dentrix or whatever runs your books, and the confirmation goes out in the same conversation.
- Handoffs take one tap
- Approve the drafted reply, edit it, or take the thread over, here or from Slack or Teams. Hand it back and the agent resumes where you left off, with your note in hand.
03 —The book
Gaps fill while you're with clients.
Predictive Rain watches every provider's calendar through the day. A 2:05 PM cancellation reaches the six clients most likely to take it by 2:06. A soft Tuesday next week starts getting quiet, well-timed attention on Friday. The book you open in the morning is not the book you close at night.

- Same-day refill
- A cancellation triggers outreach to the nearest likely bookers within a minute, sized to the slot, never to the whole list. Most refill before the front desk has noticed the gap.
- Timed to reply windows
- Each contact hears from you when they actually answer texts, and never inside quiet hours for their location. The ask lands when it is most likely to be read.
- Forecast starts early
- Demand forecasts flag the soft weeks ahead so outreach begins at a measured pace days out, instead of a discount blast the night before.
04 —Automation dial
Hands-off by default. Adjustable per campaign.
Every campaign has a dial with three positions. Run rebooking and same-day refills fully automated, keep membership renewals on approve-first, and leave retail restock on review-only until you like what it would send.
- Automated. Agents ask, answer, reschedule and book. Your team sees the summary and the exceptions.
- Approve-first. Every outbound message waits for one tap in Slack or Teams before it sends.
- Review-only. Nothing sends. You see exactly who would be asked and why, then turn the dial when you are ready.
- Guardrails underneath. Touch caps per contact, brand-wide fatigue limits, and automatic pacing when opt-outs tick up, on every setting.

05 —Human escalation
You draw the line. It holds on every thread.
Some things should never be handled by an agent, whatever the dial says. Those rules are explicit, editable and enforced before a reply is composed. Everything else runs itself.
- Always escalates. Clinical questions, billing disputes, complaints and anything off-script pause the thread and route to a person, with the rule that fired named.
- With the whole story. The full thread, the client’s history, why we reached out and a drafted reply arrive together, so the handoff takes seconds, not a search.
- Where your team already is. A channel per location and a brand roll-up in Slack or Microsoft Teams. Approve, edit or take over from the card.

06 —Multi-unit
Fourteen locations. One view. Guardrails across all of them.
Regional and brand leaders see utilization, bookings filled, list health and escalation rates per location on one screen, and the system adjusts on its own when a list starts to tire. The clients you share across locations are treated as one person, because they are.

- List health is a first-class metric
- Reply-rate trend, opt-outs per thousand asked and share of list contacted sit right next to bookings, because a full book bought with a burned list is not a win.
- Brand-wide fatigue guardrails
- A client who visits two locations is one person. Touch caps and holds apply across the brand, not per shop, and pacing steps down automatically when a list shows fatigue.
- Roll-ups and roles
- Location managers see their book. Regionals see their region. Franchise and multi-entity roles come with Enterprise.
07 —Connections
Reads your POS. Writes the booking. Posts to your channel.
Predictive Rain connects read-only first, scores your real list, then turns on write-back when you're ready for agents to book straight onto the calendar. Consent and sending compliance are part of the connection, not a checklist.
- Booking systems. Zenoti, Boulevard, Mindbody, MyTime, Vagaro, Meevo, Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Mariana Tek, ClubReady and more.
- Team channels. Native Slack and Microsoft Teams apps, with a channel per location and a brand roll-up.
- Consent and compliance. Opt-in records, STOP and HELP handling, quiet hours per time zone, 10DLC-registered numbers and a full audit log. BAA available.
