Company
Built for the people who fill the books.
Multi-location appointment brands were treating their most valuable asset, the client list, like a megaphone. We think it should be treated like a portfolio.
Our mission
Every med spa, dental group and fitness brand already knows how to fill a book: text everyone and hope. It works for a quarter, then reply rates sag, opt-outs climb, and the clients you most wanted to keep quietly stop reading. Predictive Rain exists to end that trade between full books today and a burned list tomorrow.
So we built outreach that runs itself. Models trained on each brand's own booking history decide who to message and when, agents carry every conversation to a confirmed booking in the POS, and the whole thing runs without anyone on the team touching it. Humans are optional, and when a conversation genuinely needs one, it escalates to them with the full story. The result is fully booked locations, completely hands-off, with the smallest possible blast radius.

01 —How we work
Four principles behind every send.
- The list is the asset
- Every message spends a little of a client’s attention. We treat that attention as capital: invested where it returns, held back where it would not.
- Predict, then ask
- No outreach leaves the system without a score behind it. If the model cannot say who will book, we would rather send nothing than send to everyone.
- Hands-off by default, human by exception
- Agents should book, reschedule and answer the easy questions without anyone watching. Clinical concerns, billing disputes and anything off-script belong with your team, in the Slack or Teams channel they already use, with full context.
- Multi-unit by default
- Brands run on shared clients, shared staff and shared reputations. Guardrails, models and reporting are built for many locations from day one.
02 —Meet the team
Operators and model builders, together.
Predictive Rain was founded by people who have run the front desk and people who have shipped forecasting models at scale. We needed both.
The idea started inside a multi-location aesthetics brand, watching a marketing team send the same promotion to 40,000 people to fill a few dozen slots. The books filled, and so did the unsubscribe list. A few months later the same send barely moved the needle. The cost of a booking was climbing while the list that paid for it was wearing out.
Today Predictive Rain works the books at hundreds of med spa, dental, fitness and salon locations from open to close: it re-scores contacts as the day unfolds, reaches out the moment a gap appears, and lets agents carry the conversation to a booking. Those locations rely on it to keep their books full and their lists healthy at the same time.

Join our fully remote team.
We are a remote team of operators, data scientists and engineers who care about two numbers at once: how full the book is, and how healthy the list stays.

We stopped treating our client list like a megaphone. Bookings are up, opt-outs are down, and my team finally trusts the messages going out under our name.
